Hello and Happy Thursday!
Many of you already know that I have taken a three year hiatus from the music industry but have recently re-entered this world starting with landing a job playing bass and singing back up vocals for Jully Black. This has been a very exiciting time for me.
As a result of this new job, I have been struck by a tidal wave of creativity. Three years of not writing seemed to create this explosion of new music in me. I guess I was kidding myself when I thought I could give it up. I have written a new album called "Womanity!" and the first single from that album will be available soon.
I've also been given the opportunity to make my first ever music video. Believe me...this has got me nervous! I'm very excited for the chance to finally take my career to the next level. Director Karl Ritcher who recently made a video for the Foo Fighters new single "Dear Rosemary" has come onboard to help make this a reality. But even with many wonderful people volunteering their services on this project, it will still cost about $10,000 to make it happen.
That's where Indie Go Go comes in. Indie Go Go is a site that helps people fund raise for a variety of projects. I have recently launched a campaign to try and make this video come to fruition. You can check out my campaign at:
